My Contribution
I was responsible for the administrative management of the project throughout its execution, coordinating administrative planning, preparing cultural funding proposals and overseeing the complete accountability process required by Brazil's Ministry of Culture. My work ensured regulatory compliance, financial organization and efficient project management during all stages of production and national circulation.
Project Overview
Djavan – O Musical: Vidas pra Contar is a large-scale Brazilian musical theatre production celebrating the life and work of one of the country's most influential musicians. Following successful seasons in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, the production toured five additional Brazilian capitals, combining artistic excellence with broad social impact, accessibility initiatives and an extensive national communication campaign. The project reached more than 60,000 spectators across seven cities and generated significant cultural and economic impact.
